Great chill-out spot with your awesome housemates or family gathering. You can even hold your regular BBQ parties together. Comes with a water tap and wall socket installed.

FACILITIES: 

- The nearest supermarket where you can shop for all your groceries and essentials is FIVIMART, located at Lac Long Quan with a 5-minute ride.

Finally, the cost!

To keep things simple for our tenants (EXCEPT for electricity bill), you will only pay one rental cost - which includes WIFI and water.

For electricity bill, it will be at a flat rate of 3,500VND per kilowatt, calculated from the first to the last day of each month.

NOTES:.

- For security, only registered tenants are allowed in the house at any time. 

- Each tenant is expected to make 2 months deposit before moving in - WHICH WILL BE 100% REFUNDABLE if there is no compensation or damage required.

- Tenant is required to rent the room/house with a minimum contractual period for 3 months. 

- Bedsheets, pillowcase, shampoo, soap and other consumables are for illustration only. House owner may provide consumables for free if available.
